Credits & licences

Apex GP stands on a lot of other people’s work. Here it is, with the licences.

Not affiliated. Apex GP is an independent, unofficial game made by Philip Hauser. It has no affiliation with, and is not endorsed by, Mercedes-Benz, McLaren, Formula 1 or any other racing series, team, manufacturer or driver. Circuit names are parodies of real places. All teams, drivers and sponsors in the game are fictional.

Maps and elevation

  • Circuit layouts, buildings and land use © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
  • Elevation: Copernicus EU-DEM (25 m) and NASA SRTM (30 m), sampled via OpenTopoData.

Circuit data in the game is a produced work derived from OpenStreetMap; the game shows the attribution on its title screen and in Settings → Race & Audio → Credits.
